Prompt and on time.Found the problem. Compressor fan had seized and needed replacement. He replaced the fan and cleaned the coils. He also showed me how to clean coils in the future in order to prolong the life of the fan. All in about 1& 1/2 hours.
There was no sales trick or anything. I got straight answers to my questions and the installation was completed the next day with some extra work. To my surprise it was the same company who installed the original AC unit 14 years ago when the house was built. I definitely recommend them.
While the service man was awesome – the labor cost was ridiculous. The part was under warranty but they charged $301 for 30 mins of labor. So they are getting $600 an hour for labor! Perhaps they all charge that I dont know. Seems like a lot to me..
